Hi Susan – Oh, this sauce is totally customizable to spice preference. Fresh rolls are a little bit of a project, but they’re fun. Especially on a rainy day or something 🙂

Oh sure, these rolls are totally customizable to what you like. Just add extra veggies when you roll and you’re all set.

I haven’t tried Bangkok Cuisine! I’ll definitely have to stop there next time I’m out and about, because…fresh rolls 🙂

And Bangkok Cuisine (RO, on Woodward) has awesome fresh rolls, if you haven’t tried them out! I would go more often but their parking lot (same as Buddy’s there) is teeny tiny.
