I tapped into your recipe this morning. Couldn’t be happier! I’m challenged with pancakes and a thin pancakes recipe that was great but lost it. I tried yours this morning and BAM! They were insanely delicious! Absolutely perfect! Thin, moist, yummy! I added blueberries from the freezer straight into the batter just before pouring. They were perfect in the iron skillet.
